Healthy mini muesli pancakes with honey

I hope you
are enjoying the weekend and recharging your batteries for the week to come
either somewhere outside with your friends or at home with family.
Today, it
is rainy and cloudy here in Bratislava, I feel sleepy all day and like doing
nothing at all. I had quite a busy week working on several translation projects
so finally I am happy to relax and enjoy the things that I love doing. I am
back today to share with you my new healthy, easy and quick recipe. You will
love it. I was about to try it for a long time. It is the recipe for Little
Cereal Pancakes. The internet is full of similar recipes, however, each time I
am trying to prepare something in my original healthy way and add something
new, something, that will make it taste just wonderful. This special taste I achieved
thanks to one key ingredient, which replaces the floor- it is not the typical
soft oat flakes, but soft fruit muesli from Alnatura (Kinder Früchte Müsli) abd cinnamon.
You can
prepare these pancakes for breakfast or lunch, they will help you start your
day full of energy. But if you prepare less like I did, you can eat them as a
dessert, too.
So, lets
have a look at the ingredients, that I used: (2 portions as a dessert)
- 1 egg
- a glass
(middle size) of milk
- 1 soup spoon
of honey
- pinch of
salt
- 1 same glass
of Fruit Muesli Alnatura
- tea spoon of baking powder
- sunflower
oil
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
- 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
- topping: slice
of butter, banana, honey or hot chocolate, walnuts, oat flakes
Method of
preparation:
Firstly, let
the muesli bathe in milk until they soak with the milk for about 20 minutes.
Then add honey, salt, egg, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything together. On pan,
firstly pour oil and heat it, form mini pancakes and cook. Spread a slice of butter.
Decorate with what you love. I used oat flakes, banana and honey. Enjoy the special taste!
