Have you ever heard about Full Moon sensitiveness? If you

Today I want to have a look at the way Full Moon
affects the human body. This is no longer a hypothesis or a popular saying of
our grandmothers. The scientists really proved the influence of the Earth´s satellite
on us, speaking about the effects on the body or our mood.
We call it Full Moon
sensitiveness. We are all affected by the Moon on its full phase, even if we do
not realize it. Whereas some people may be sensitive to it only slightly,
others can suffer from headaches or sleepless nights. There are many other known
physical symptoms which we may feel during those days including problems with
blood pressure, tiredness, dehydration, headache and stomach-ache and mental
symptoms such as depression, frustration, or moodiness. So, if you have ever felt
similarly during the Full Moon phase and have not known why, here is the answer.
And why is it so? Similarly as the Moon´s gravitation moves the ocean and sea water up and down, it also affects human beings and animals because our bodies are also made of water.

Treat yourself with Essential Oils

Do Exercise or Take a Walk
