Effected by the Full Moon …


Have you ever heard about Full Moon sensitiveness? If you think this article will be about horoscopes or astrological explanations of the Moon constellations this is not the case.

Today I want to have a look at the way Full Moon affects the human body. This is no longer a hypothesis or a popular saying of our grandmothers. The scientists really proved the influence of the Earth´s satellite on us, speaking about the effects on the body or our mood.

We call it Full Moon sensitiveness. We are all affected by the Moon on its full phase, even if we do not realize it. Whereas some people may be sensitive to it only slightly, others can suffer from headaches or sleepless nights. There are many other known physical symptoms which we may feel during those days including problems with blood pressure, tiredness, dehydration, headache and stomach-ache and mental symptoms such as depression, frustration, or moodiness. So, if you have ever felt similarly during the Full Moon phase and have not known why, here is the answer.

And why is it so? Similarly as the Moon´s gravitation moves the ocean and sea water up and down, it also affects human beings and animals because our bodies are also made of water.

If you still do not believe such a thing is possible, imagine the way Moon affects the sea tide and outflow. If the Moon can affect such a mass of oceans and seas, it must also be able to influence other objects and beings on the Earth.

If you are one of those who is extra sensitive to the Moon and have found yourself helpless I have a few tips for you, which can help you cope with this phenomenon:


Treat yourself with Essential Oils and increase the Intake of Water
Both will give your body and skin the necessary hydration that we may lack during the full Moon phase.
  
Have Bath
Having bath is a great idea to relax yourself both physically and mentally. Add a relaxing lavender salt.

Do Exercise or Take a Walk
You will speed up your metabolism, and when going to bed you will feel sleepier and will sleep more easily.

Open the Window when sleeping
You will ensure enough oxygen in the bedroom and breathing fresh air will make you sleep comfortably
