Let´s celebrate love every day

Today is the Valentine's Day. The day of love. The day of lovers, but also the day of our loved ones. We should not forget about it.

There are people who do not specially celebrate this day or do not celebrate it at all. They take it as a yearly obligation to remind themselves of their relationship. 

Others plan this day with their partner into every detail so they cannot miss a minute of their Valentine's Day celebration, they go to a cafe or visit a restaurant.

You might say, yes, the proper Valentine's Day should look just like that. And here I will tell you that the Valentine's Day should not be just one day a year, we should celebrate it every day, every morning and especially today. Only today was given to us. Yesterday will not come back and tomorrow does not have to come. We never know what destiny has prepared for us.

We can celebrate love every day and it's so easy. Just a caress, a smile on your face when our partner returns home tired, a thank-you for a laundry, a conversation, a walk together or a massage. These are the little things, small but real celebrations of love for every day. Do not always expect expensive jewellery, dream holiday or new watch from your partner. These words may sound like clichés until you try it yourself and you will not see how much power they have and what wonders they can do in the relationship. It is thanks to them that we learn to appreciate the magic of the present moment.

But let’s not forget our loved ones, too. They also deserve our attention, time and respect. We remember well how they helped and supported us in life. If you've been angry with anyone, take this day as an opportunity to make things right. Everyone deserves to get a second chance.
