The following recipe will please all potato-lovers, who like to bring new fresh tastes to their food experimenting. It is actually an old recipe which I remember from my childchood. My grandmother used to prepare it for Suday lunch together with chicken. It was kind of a ritual. Many people try to avoid potatoes although they love them, because they believe they contain a lot of carbohydrates, making them put on that extra kilo. However, I must tell you this is a big myth. Did you know they are actually less caloric than a low-fat yoghurt? Potatoes should definitely belong to our weekly menu for their positive benefits to our health. The Beauty of Spring

Here we go. My most favourite season of the year is in its full swing. Why do I love it so much? As everyone else, I also admire the beauty of the blossoming trees and enjoy longer days, but there are a few more reasons why I love this season so much. First of all, I love the freshness which is present everywhere. Unlike hot and   dry summer, spring is so fresh – I love the fresh spring green colour everywhere – the green grass, trees .. did you know looking at the green colour is making your eyes relaxed and calming you down? The weather is fresh, too. The temperatures are just ideal, not cold and not too hot. The season of fresh rich vegetable and fruit available at good prices gives you a great opportunity to fuel yourself with dozes of vitamins and minerals and the sunrays provide you with the D vtamine.
