The following recipe will please all potato-lovers, who like to bring new fresh tastes to their food experimenting. It is actually an old recipe which I remember from my childchood. My grandmother used to prepare it for Suday lunch together with chicken. It was kind of a ritual. Many people try to avoid potatoes although they love them, because they believe they contain a lot of carbohydrates, making them put on that extra kilo. However, I must tell you this is a big myth.
